“The times they are a-changin’”… and so too are the ways the ports address economic development.  Many ports around our state are discovering new avenues for economic development such as tourism or composite manufacturing.  Others are looking for opportunities to recruit new tenants that can contribute to the global economy and Washington’s economic prosperity.

This September’s Trade and Economic Development Seminar features a look at the way ports are operating in the new economic reality, and will explore new and innovative ways to help your port build a prosperous future.  We’ll also take the time to tour the Port of Chelan County’s Confluence Technology Center, and partake of the fabulous local wines during a reception at the Chateau Faire Le Pont winery.
