                            Module #1: Real Estate - The 2019 Real Estate Module will be presented this year by Associate Members Maul Foster & Alongi with Chmelik Sitkin & Davis. The module will address real estate basics critical to managing small or large Port real estate portfolios, providing you with real tools to be more effective with your property investments. The session will give you valuable insights into the real estate market and prospects as well as share information about what our Ports are doing across the State.


Module #2: Port Powers - Could you use a better understanding of all the powers and authorities that port districts have? Spoiler Alert: You have more than you think you do. Hear Frank Chmelik provide a comprehensive presentation on the powers and limitations that port districts are provided in state law.

NOTE: There is a separate registration and fee for Training Modules
