Wilson Ihrig is a noise, vibration, and acoustical consulting firm with offices in California (San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles), Seattle, and New York. Founded in 1966 and certified as a Federal Small Business Enterprise (SBE), they have offered professional services on a wide range of acoustical and vibration issues. Wilson Ihrig has a long history of working closely with State DOTs, municipalities, transit agencies, and other government entities toward the successful and timely completion of numerous environmental noise projects nationwide. They are accustomed to working with municipalities to obtain the required permits for performing our work in public rights-of-way. For Port projects, they conduct noise studies and assess impacts with respect to State and City noise regulations. For an underwater noise monitoring effort, they work directly with agencies in implementing their governing protocol.
