WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Dress is business casual.
Our special group rates at SUNCADIA RESORT are as follows:
Deluxe Lodge Resort View Studio (38 of this type in our block): $209/NIGHT
Deluxe Lodge River View Studio (5 of this type in our block): $219/NIGHT
Lodge One Bedroom Resort View (22 of this type in our block): $239/NIGHT
Lodge One Bedroom River View (3 of this type in our block): $249/NIGHT
THE CUTOFF DATE FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS IS FRIDAY, JUNE 21.
When blocked rooms are reserved, our block is "sold out," but standard rates will still be available. (Please note: the block may sell out any time prior to the cut-off date.). In addition to the lodging rate plus tax, there is a daily resort fee of $33.00 per room per night plus taxes. When making lodging reservations, Suncadia Resort requires a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. A deposit is refundable to that individual if the resort received notice of cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.
The resort’s direct reservation line is 866-904-6300, remember to specify that you are with the Washington Public Ports Association Commissioners’ Seminar. You will be asked to guarantee the reservation with a credit card. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The seminar registration deadline is WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2019
WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION FEES?
Registration for the Commissioners seminar is $360.
WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
The registration fee includes everything listed on the Commissioners Seminar agenda.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY GUEST AND IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THEM TO ATTEND?
There is no separate fee for a spouse/guest to attend Monday evening's reception and dinner, but any additional guests do need to be registered in advance. Please be sure to include their full name on your registration form.
I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES / I’M VEGETARIAN. HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW THIS?
There is a comment section on the registration form. PLEASE note this information there so that we can be sure to order meals that accommodate your needs! WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2019 and for registrants failing to show.
