2019 DIRECTORS SEMINAR FAQ


WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION?

Confirmation of on-line registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours.  The confirmation will be sent to the email address shown in the registration section.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760 and speak with Missy Goodell.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Dress is business casual.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Our special group rate at SKAMANIA LODGE is $189/per night for a Superior King room (33 King rooms are available in our block).  

THE CUTOFF DATE FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS IS MONDAY, JUNE 10.  

Please make your room reservations ASAP in order to take advantage of the special group rate; our block may sell out prior to the reservation cut-off date.  

Reservations can be made by calling (844) 432-4748, reference the Washington Public Ports Association and Block Code:  1Y78CP when reserving your room. 

A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged for 1 night’s stay plus tax.

There is complimentary self-parking at Skamania Lodge.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

The seminar registration deadline is JULY 5, 2019

WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION FEES?

Registration for the Directors’ Seminar is $345.

WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?

The registration fee includes everything listed on the Directors Seminar agenda.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY GUEST AND IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THEM TO ATTEND?

There is no separate fee for a spouse/guest but they are welcome at the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions only. Any additional guests do need to be registered in advance.  Please be sure to include their full name on the registration form when registering for this event.

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES / I’M VEGETARIAN. HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW THIS?

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Friday, July 5, 2019 and for registrants failing to show.
