Will I receive a confirmation of my seminar registration?
Confirmation of on-line registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours. The confirmation will be sent to both the Attendee and Admin email addresses shown in the registration section. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760.
What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual.
Sleeping room rates at Campbell’s Resort are $148 for a “Traditional Guestroom” to $188 for a “Deluxe Guestroom,” for single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes and fees.
Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling (800) 553-8225 or (509) 682-2561 (use Group Reservation Number: 509372). When you call in, please remember to specify that you are with the Washington Ports Association to be assured of the group rate.
You must cancel your room with the hotel at least 7 days prior to your arrival or you will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes.
Check in is 4:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am.
To be assured of a room at this rate, you must make your reservation by August 26, 2019, the lodging cut-off date (we have a limited number of rooms set aside at this rate so please make your reservations right away to be sure that you get a room. In our contracted block, we have 53 rooms held each night (Wednesday, 9/25/19 and Thursday, 9/26/19). It is possible that the room block sells out PRIOR to the cut off date; Call early to assure you reserve a room).

Is there a registration deadline?
The WPPA seminar registration deadline is September 20, 2019.
What are the registration fees?

What does my registration fee include?
Your WPPA registration fee includes everything listed on the agenda.
Can I bring a guest and what portion of the event can they attend?
Yes you can bring a guest! Guests are invited and encouraged to attend the Thursday evening reception and there is no additional fee. The breakfasts and lunch during the meeting are for the registered attendees only, not guests.
Do I need to register my guest?
Yes, please register your guest. There is a place on the on-line registration form to register them. This helps us to ensure that we order the proper amount of food for our evening reception.
I have food allergies/I’m a vegetarian. How do I let you know this?
There is a comment section on the registration form. PLEASE note this information so we order meals that are proper for your needs! What if I have to cancel?
A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after September 20, 2019 and for registrants failing to show.
