After founding Maul Foster & Alongi in 1996, Jim left in 2021 and formed Gemini Environmental Strategies LLC. Jim continues to provide Ports with the same high-level strategic advice and assistance that distinguished his career and leadership at MFA. As a leading expert in MTCA cleanup and brownfield development, Jim works with clients to make development the remedy. He helps Ports make sound business decisions, quickly and effectively and puts environmental issues in the rearview mirror.
