2026 Winter Meeting

Dear Port Colleagues and Friends:

On behalf of our WPPA Executive Committee, I am thrilled to extend an invite you to WPPA’s Winter Meeting, which this year sees us once again return to the Hilton in Vancouver, WA. In conjunction with the Winter Meeting, we will also be holding a CLE Seminar as well as debuting our newest educational opportunity: pre-conference training on the newly updated sections of our Port Governance and Management Guide!

Like every year, the most important element of this meeting is your presence. The input you provide as panelists, engaged audience members asking questions, and in hallway and late evening conversations, is vital to our effectiveness as an organization. This year’s program will cover timely topics that line up with some of our shared priorities and will highlight issues that affect the future of our ports and our industry partners. Read through our compelling agenda and recall that more topics will be added as we approach the event. Please plan to attend, engage, learn, and connect.  Your WPPA staff and I remain enthusiastic about our opportunity to to work together with you all to continue to ensure this is an association that represents the diverse needs of our port communities.
