Public Facilities Group

Public Facilities Group (PFG) is a national leader in the delivery of facilities for state and local governments. Our experienced team has completed 30 projects with a total development cost of $2.1 billion. In Washington alone, PFG has delivered 24 projects and has a twenty-fifth under construction, representing $1.97 billion in total development costs. All projects have been completed on or ahead of schedule and within or under budget. PFG utilizes the 63-20 Progressive Design-Build model, which integrates low-cost, tax-exempt financing through a third-party nonprofit with developer-led progressive design-build delivery to achieve cost savings, risk reduction and efficiency in financing, construction, and delivery timeline.
