Since 1996, ELS has provided environmental consulting and permitting services throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. We specialize in land, water, and shoreline projects involving resources such as wetlands, streams, rivers, wildlife habitat, and sensitive, threatened, and endangered wildlife and plant species. Having worked with several Washington ports, we understand the environmental resources, impacts, and permitting processes that are essential for their economic development success. Services include environmental, geotechnical, contaminated site management, seismic, natural resources, and hydrogeology for port and harbor planning, permitting, terminal design and waterfront development.
