The rates listed below are “early bird” rates and are good until April 18th. These prices will increase after that date. "Members" include Port Commissioners, Port Staff, Retired Members, Lifetime Members, Associate Members, and Government Agencies.

Cancellations received after May 2nd and "no shows" will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. Ports/individuals who cancel hotel reservations are responsible for all charges incurred by the hotel for late cancellation.
